Got single room with tea, a very comfy bed, tea bags etc as expected. The location was particularly good for exploring this domestic area, adjacent to London and the airports, and Hornchurch tube and 

Homely venue, welcoming stuff. Perfect and excellant location to Hornchurch restaurants & shops, good for visiting Hornchurch. And next to restaurant's and bars, central London and the grounds. Good cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit in the morning. 

The location is central. Love eating outside and there's Tea Island, set minutes from the hotel.

Magnificent and ideal location, in the conservatory for a lovely breakfast. Immaculately clean and compact room with private bathroom and tea, coffee and an iron.

Had the single room and it was spotless and compact except for hard bed. The location was particularly good, near train station was traveling alone.

The location seemed great to Hornchurch restaurants & shops. Booked single room, that included tea and coffee, and an iron. Had a really comfortable stay for another comfortable visit, would love to return.

The place is well presented, met requirements. It has comfortable and really handy location to see Room Lockdown Escape Rooms. You can eat in restaurants and bars.

Great location, very close to restaurants and bars. conveniently located near the train station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was not as advertised, it felt more like a bed and breakfast and lacked professionalism. The room was uncomfortable, being on the roof with insufficient heating.

Delicious and tasty food. Local area, marvellous and handy location, near a great pub 50m from the tube, restaurant's, and Hornchurch and station.

The hotel had handy, incredible location, we were close to a tube station.

Our single room was new-fashioned and immaculate. The bathroom was best and it had a drier, a shower cap and fresh towels for our convenience. Location: the hotel was close enough to Hornchurch shopping centre and Dagenham.  

There were tea/coffee and an iron in the room, really enjoyed that. The location couldn't be more marvellous near everything.
